Defending our Constitutional Rights!

The affiliated organizations proudly support the men and women of law enforcement and the United States military who serve with integrity and honor. At the same time, we have documented multiple instances in which representatives of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) failed to adhere to established legal and constitutional standards during detention operations. These failures have resulted in violations of the constitutional rights of both immigrants and U.S. citizens.

Our mission is to safeguard the United States Constitution by promoting lawful enforcement, ensuring accountability, and demanding full compliance with the legal limits placed on all government representatives entrusted with enforcing our laws.

To help safeguard the individual freedom guaranteed each person under the U.S. Constitution, we urge anyone who witnesses a detention to take the following steps:

• Document the incident taking photos or video from a safe distance, noting the location, time, date number of individuals detained and any threatening or agressive behavior by agents.  
• Ask those detained for their names and the phone number of their emergency contact
• Remind detainees of their right to remain silent and to speak to their lawyer.  
• Ask the agent(s) for their names and agency.  If they respond by telling you to contact their supervisor, ask for their supervisor's name and phone number.  
• At no time impede officer or agents.
• Submit the incident immediately via the form below so that we can refer the case for verification and provide assistance if available in the area.
   

SPECIAL REQUEST: Do not interfere with ICE agents or attempt to physically intervene. Your safety and the safety of others is paramount.  We deeply appreciate your cooperation and commitment to upholding the principles of justice enshrined in our Consitution and defending each persons human dignity.
